Sales & Marketing Executive — Female Candidates

This is an exciting opportunity to grow with an expanding organisation in the infrastructure and industrial supply sector, gaining hands-on experience in B2B sales, client management, and field marketing across India.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to expand our client base and increase brand visibility in the target market.
Conduct regular local market visits within Bhopal and travel to various project sites and offices across India.
Maintain professional business correspondence, client records, and project documentation using MS Office tools.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, municipal officials, and procurement teams.
Provide regular updates on market activities, client feedback, and business development progress to management.
Graduate or Post-graduate degree in a relevant field (Business, Commerce, Marketing, or equivalent).
Previous experience in Sales or Marketing is required. Experience in B2B or industrial sales is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office — Word, Excel, and PowerPoint — along with strong digital communication abilities.
Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Energetic, self-motivated, dynamic, and highly organised. Must be able to work independently in the field.
Must be willing and able to travel extensively within Madhya Pradesh.
